This course is designed for those who hold responsibility for overseeing the food safety management system within their organisations, such as food safety managers, internal auditors, quality assurance officers, supervisors, or anyone else directly involved in ensuring the effective implementation of a positive food safety culture within the food safety management system.

  • Identify key elements of a positive food safety culture. 

  • Learn strategies for developing and promoting a positive food safety culture. 

  • Gain practical knowledge and skills to implement food safety culture initiatives in a food-related organisation.

Who should Attend 

Food safety managers, internal auditors, quality assurance officers, supervisors, or anyone else directly involved in ensuring the effective implementation of a positive food safety culture within the food safety management system. 

An email address is required for registration and to receive the login instructions.  

Upon registration, you will receive an email with instructions on how to access the training course through NSF’s eLearning portal. Any additional information pertaining to the course will be sent in your confirmation email. 

You will find your course material and homework/exam on the eLearning portal. You will need to access the portal in order to successfully complete the course and print your certificate.  Upon successful course completion, you will gain access to print your official NSF Certificate. 

Candidates are assessed during the course, and those who successfully complete all the course tasks and activities and meet the required criteria will receive a certificate as recognition of their achievement. This NSF certificate serves as evidence of their successful completion of the programme.
